Star 5 Cattle

Star 5 cattle are a cross of Santa Gertrudis and another breed of cattle.  We are the first and only breeders of Star 5 cattle using Lowline Angus in the US.  Our Star 5 calves are reaching 490 lbs - 530 lbs easily at weaning.  The heifers are true moderate framed cattle who are reaching 1100-1250 lbs at 2 years of age.  These cattle can be used to go back to Santa Gertrudis or Lowline for 3/4 bred cattle of either breed.  A perfect cross for the harsh climates and heat of the Southern United States.  If red they turn black when bred to black bulls.  Let us show you how to increase your stocking rates using American Cross Lowline cattle with a purchase of a Fullblood or Purebred Lowline Bull.  Enter our site for contact information.
